Grant Application Process
The Foundation’s mission is to help ensure that all children on the Eastern Shore have the opportunity to experience personal growth through participation in youth sports, recreation, and development programs. In keeping with this mission, only programs that serve youth will be considered for funding.
The Foundation awards grants on a quarterly basis. Applications must be received by the deadlines listed below in order to be considered for that cycle.
Application Requirements
- Applications must be completed in full.
- All required supporting documentation must accompany the application.
- Incomplete applications or missing information may result in delays in review or ineligibility for consideration during the requested quarter.
Completing the Application

Gather all required materials, including organizational information, program details, and financial documentation as outlined in the application. - Complete the Application
Ensure every section of the application is filled out in its entirety. - Submit by the Deadline
Send the completed application and all required documentation electronically, no later than the quarterly deadline. - Confirmation of Receipt
Applicants will receive confirmation once their application has been received.
Award Notifications
Applicants will be notified of funding decisions within six weeks of the submission deadline. Awards will be communicated in writing, and all funding decisions made by the Foundation are final.
